An iced cocktail where fruit and herbs blend to offer you a festive aperitif.
Réalisation
Peel and chop 2 plums. Bring the prunes to the boil in a saucepan and extract the juice with a conical strainer. Leave to cool.
Mix the plum juice with the thyme syrup and lemon juice.
Put crushed ice in a glass and pour everything over the top. Add prosecco, slices of plum and sprigs of thyme.
