Réalisation
In a shaker, put ice cubes, pour the vodka and hit everything quickly.
Filter and pour into the glass. Add the chilled champagne.
Add the blackcurrant syrup to the bottom of the glass with the back of a spoon.
Serve without ice cubes in a chilled champagne flute.
Presentation advice:
For the festive touch, you can add fresh blackcurrant.
