Muffins are an easy dessert, and everyone loves them.
To make them even more appetizing and add a touch of Provence, why not add some white nougat cream?
Réalisation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the butter into pieces and melt in a saucepan.
In a salad bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar and beat vigorously until the mixture becomes white.
For the melted butter and the milk into your salad bowl and beat some more.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Incorporate this mixture into the first one until you obtain a smooth paste.
Now add 100g of white nougat cream. Pour up to 2/3 of the height of greased muffin moulds and bake in oven for about 30 min.
